If you wish to try printing the WFDB Applications Guide, you may find
that the troff `man' macro package, tmac.an, causes each man page to be
numbered beginning with `1'.  Because of license restrictions, we cannot
distribute our revision of the `man' macro package, tmac.anx, which avoids this
problem.  You may be able to reconstruct our version if you have a licensed
copy of `tmac.an', by applying the context diffs below, however.  For example,
if you have Larry Wall's `patch' utility (see `../db/SOURCES'), the following
may work:
	cp /usr/lib/tmac/tmac.an .
	patch <tmac.dif
	cp tmac.an /usr/lib/tmac/tmac.anx
	make TMAN=-manx manpages
