Geoffrey Fairchild of Los Alamos National Laboratory contributed several fixes to version 1.1 of sampen.m and cross-sampen.m, which have been incorporated in version 1.1-1: * In sampen.m, the line if ~exist('m')|isempty(m),m=5;end should be if ~exist('M')|isempty(M),M=5;end Geoffrey notes, "The difference is that the M needs to be capitalized. MATLAB allows this, but it does give a warning. I discovered it when running SampEn using Octave which threw an error instead of a warning." * The same error exists in version 1.1 of cross-sampen.m, and the same correction is applied here. * In cross_sampen.m, the function declaration (the first line in the file) function [e,A,B]=cross_sampen(x,y,M,r); should include a fifth input argument (sflag, as noted in the function's help comments immediately below the declaration), and it should not end with a semicolon; the correct declaration is function [e,A,B]=cross_sampen(x,y,M,r,sflag)
